What WP8.1 does when it is installed is first copy all of its fonts to
the system directory I mentioned, then uses that as a source for its
installer (wpfi). Take a look at my how-to on the SxS site. When the
Debs are converted to RPM, the setup steps that Debian accomplishes have
to be done manually.
