Opps: Mail sent to non-existent user

OK. I found stuff in /var/mail/mqueue which seems to be a
bunch of email that has gone missing for a couple of days
(since I misconfigured my mail sever.) I created a user
helen on this box. How can I get my box to deliver the
mail from this queue?
