PDF woes

I just tried to print a PDF form from the local US Embassy. I get this from
Ghostscript when dealing with the file:

	This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.
	Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.

Any remedy? Like this, I cannot print. Oddly, Linux Acrobat will happily
show the file. But the postscript it generates causes this.
