Correct.  Responsibility and Privilege.  It is a priviledge to have a 
vote.  I really couldn't care less if less people vote.  That makes my 
vote all the more powerful (ok, so zoning and electoral nonsense 
aside).  My concern is for more educated, moral, respectable, wise 
people to vote.  What's MORE in order is better people to vote for.  
Unfortunately, the majority of people who find politics close enough to 
home such that the change is not terribly difficult are lawyers... but I 
suppose I shouldn't start *that* conversation again.
