There is a liquidator up here selling ABP back 280's for under $20.00 USD. 
(Here is Minnesota)  The batteries are sometimes questionable but the units 
work and are good for long enough to shut things down.  He has pallets of the 
things.  If anyone is interested, I can hook you up with the outfit or get a
