Wonderful, a new source of profit for US business and a good way to keep
enabling technology from getting out of hand in developing countries.

Then when those like www.kubatana.net can't afford to communicate, the
likes of the Gates Foundation can dole out charity to those who toe the
US line... er, have worthy causes.

Trust Bill to keep bringing forward great strategies.
