Making them in this instance simply wrong--not delusional.

The creepy thing is that the IBM lawsuit is starting to look like they are 
saying they don't have any evidence that IBM made any improper contribution 
to Linux, but that they believed so in good faith.  So they had a right to 
revoke IBM's UNIX license for AIX--and IBM now owes them even more for 
continuing to sell and support AIX than if they had done anything wrong in 
the first place.
