Can anyone get me re-subscribed???

Since I'm not getting anything this morning and I'm evidently 
subscribed, I presume messages are bouncing. Can anyone furnish me with 
the poop from one of these bounces so I can forward it to my email 
provider and get them to look into it. (They said they would, but needed 
to see the return from the bounce.)
