X works, yes. The FC1 box boots into runlevel 5, and I can get a login 
to :1 using 'X :1 -query localhost', so XDMCP is working locally.

I don't see where I can 'tick on "X-window enable tunneling" option' in 
X-Win32, though. Guess my version of X-Win32 doesn't support that :-(
