I have some online buddies that live in Canada they always told me that
it is okay to download but not upload. It appears that the recording
industry knows this and will targeting up loaders in your country.
Seems like they left themselves a nice loop hole while reaping a nice
windfall from recordable media sales. If all this enforcement goes the
way they want they want then there will be very little downloading
going on and they will still be collecting a tariff on the recordable
media.
