Yes. I suppose you'd like to know how. After you compose a message
and exit the editor, you'll be back in mutt's so-called compose
mode. Press "i" to invoke ispell, then proceed. Naturally, you need
ispell installed for this to work. aspell should also work if your
distribution vendor installs the ispell compatibility script that
invokes aspell in ispell-compatibility mode.
