Saving edited pdf forms

Uhh, I don't believe you.   I've been trying to get some W-2 and W-3 forms out 
of the IRS for a month now and have not been able to.  1099-Misc and 1096 
too. 

As far as I know, none of these forms are available (or usable) in PDF form of 
any type.

As noted from this description of the W-2 form:

2003 Form W-2
Attention: This form is provided for informational purposes and should not be 
reproduced on personal computer printers by individual taxpayers for filing. 
The printed version of this form ...

And yes, I have used fill-in PDF forms from the IRS before and still do.  
There just aren't very many of them in that form.
