A friend of mine is running several of those WD 120's. One on a 
slackware box the other on SuSe ( I think) He changes distros as often 
as politicians change their minds. No problems  that I'm aware of. My 
first HD was a5 meg unit and I thought that was phenominal<G> That was 
on a converted televideo running cpm and I figured I'd never need all 
that storage.
