pine installation problem

I have now downloaded the pine from the redhat disttibution. Now it seems the
rpm file is ok. But it is saying the pine-4.58-2 is already installed.  I am
not getting any rpm file where i can un install the newer version .

In this situation i have copied the /usr/bin/pine file from another redhat
linux server where 9.0 is installed, and it is working.
