I think we need a law like the one that makes car dealers recall cars and
repair them for free when they have manufacturing defects. Microsoft just puts
a patch on their website and then they wash their hands of it. Now *I* have to
go help my Dad and help my wife download and apply the stupid patch. I should
send them a bill.
