Hey Keith!
If you like to receive information in a timely fashion, why not try an RSS Reader.
I have been using an RSS Reader for a while now and like it quite a bit. I subscribe to various security sites and get prompt notification of issues that are of interest to me. There are a ton of readers available and the number of sites applying the RSS reader format is growing constantly.
