With a significant number of tech and support jobs going overseas, M$ will be
international for quite a while to come. I, personally, feel that M$ is what
allows the jobs to be transferred offshore. There is no opportunity to
differentiate your company with computer technology any longer. No business
advantage, no reason to keep high cost staff around.
Can we come up with a conspiracy theory about M$ secretly fostering offshoring
to keep their software in use internationally?
