Firebird -> Firefox

Also some printing does not work - surprise, surprise!  When I attempt
to print a map page from Mapquest, the printer blinks once, but nothing
prints.  Apparently it is a fonts problem.  Two "NO FONT WAS FOUND
Name[Sans]" messages are produced.  Other pages print just fine.  No
problem printing Mapquest pages with firebird.

If anything, firefox is slower than firebird on my machine.

I think I'll just use firebird for the time being.
