Problems booting Mandrake 10 beta after installation

Hi all,

Maybe anyone help me a little...

I installed Mandrake 10 beta, and I'm booting it from floppy (I refused to
install lilo in hd).

The problem is that after some lines the following messages appears:

Kernel panic: No init found. Try passing init= option to kernel

I have to say that for the installation I repartitioned my hda to make room
for installa the mdj10 beta and in the process the partition table was
changed... hda5 changed to hda7 and alike...

So I imagine that's why the kernel is panicking...

Any one have experieced somthing similar? And If so what was the solution?

Useful info would be to now how to pass options to the kernel (init=)

Any help would be gratly appreciated.
