Where is North Dakota?

Ha ha.

Didn't Dave Barry have a great article about North Dakota
changing its name to just "Dakota" to try to lure more
tourists? I remember a show, maybe Sixty Minutes, where one
of their reporters went to the Tourist Bureau in Bismark
in Jan to see what was going on there. Great fun.
