Really? In my gimp version the smallest pencil is 1x1. I often zoom in
and edit single pixels. In fact they progress 1x1, 3x3, 5x5, ... for all
odd integers. The pen says 0.2 for the smallest, but I tested and that
only colored 1 pixel.
