I don't know that any particular climate effects have yet been blamed on 
dimming. But the dimming has been confirmed worldwide from what I read.

The scientific method works just as well as it ever did (for those 
things that are subject to  it).

It is Science itself that has stopped using the scientific method. They 
instead have started using UN conferences, the media, social dreaming, 
and politicians to determine what is "scientific fact". I didn't propose 
that we ban it. But Science itself has decided that they no longer need 
or want the scientific method. (Note that Science is capitalized - I am 
referring to "Big Science" i.e. so-called science that is primarily 
supported by government money - the most corrupting influence ever devised.)
