Yes that is correct, but as you say some are so broad it make no difference.

Yes, I had forgotten that fact. Do they not have other body language that
is also different to what we expect too.
The other point is why on earth try to save money at the expense of
angering the customer base. Mind you the
same would apply if Singapore decide to use Oz in the same capacity.
