Well, the US legal system is, er, interesting at times.  In this case,
sure you can sue anybody for anything.  The key is that in order to make
everybody stop shipping Linux they would have to prove that there was
something stolen in there.  Without that it's all a big PR game. 
Unfortunately for SCO it doesn't seem to be working.  If the court had
granted an injunction based on the non-evidence SCO had presented so far
then I'd be worried.  As it is SCO is likely to get a good look at the
treadwear pattern on IBM's boots just before it all goes dark...
