My wife was clearing some paper backs from our book shelves.  Our library is
about 3500 books.  Running out of room.  She handed me 'Man and the
Computer',  by John Kemeny.  It was published in 1972.  He was President of
Dartmouth College when he did the Man and Nature lectures at The American
Museum of Natural History in the fall of 1971.  He was listed here as a
co-inventor of BASIC.

I just finished re-reading it.  If anybody is interested in reading it and
passing it around let me know and I'll mail it to you.  He's pretty close
with some of his prognostications, maybe he guessed too early for some.
