Same with anonymous ftp. We had a user in Germany copying things from sites
out there to our site, and then from ours to his. So, of course, it looked
like we were copying the things. Oddly, the files I intercepted seemed to be
mp3s of German marching music. Very odd. And even more disturbing. We
noticed it because our bandwidth was oddly getting very slim. So, we turned
off ftp in general.
