SUSE 9 KDE ICON problem (solved)

I was looking at file permissions, and missed a directory permission. Still,
it was only one directory with the problem. Directories higher up in the
hierarchy were ok. I suspect that the KDE icon lookup function stopped at
first error, and did not continue in other sibling and parent directories
that were ok. So all those accessable icons were skipped. Must be a bug in
3.1.4. Still, panic over.
