The friend, I think, Jerry Christian.  I helped take the circuit board (8" x 
12") and make it small using the brand new 'SO chips and components that only 
signetics/Phillips were producing.  That was circa '80, '81, a long time ago. 
  The sensors and the surface mount components were both products of the space 
program.  Cool Stuff!
