KDE 3.2 review

This will make some wonder what I've been smoking, but I've really grown 
attached to KDE. (I learned to despise it during the 2.x days, and 
didn't think I would ever try it again. But I did out of frustration 
with Gnome.) I'm anxious to get the new version, especially to see if 
this speedup is for real.
