Easy instructions for wireless card installation?

The DWL-650 uses a TI chipset. There is an open source driver for this, but
it was a bit unstable. I went with the linixant driverloader for this card
and it works perfect on Gentoo. There has been a rumor that TI are about to
release a Linux driver for this chipset. Seems they are using it internally.
I have not looked lately, but as of October there was nothing.
