  I have a laptop with a wired nic running and I want to use a DWL-650 air card
in the 2nd slot. The card is initialized as the cardctl idenifies the card
properly. All scripts tell me there is no eth1 or a wlan0 device. I am running
gentoo 2.4.20. That it is gentoo with devfs should not make any difference, I
would think. It reports no device in /proc/. If the System sees the card & init's
it, what puts it in the /proc/....? iwconfig returns no extensions, ifconfig no
device. prism2_cs is loaded into system. What do I do now. Any help is
appreciated.
