OT SCO's TCP/IP

Kurt, did you read SCO's code Linux has supposedly "stolen"?  I thought the TCP/IP was paid for by The US Govt. for DAARPA and given to UC Berkley for Livermore labs and when they gave it away to others that "freed" it up?  I'm a little slow.  I just read the 12/12/03 article.  You folks may have talked this over, already.
