I have the script file to place into the rcx.d directory (where 'x' is the
run level).  What I need is to know where in the startup order it belongs.

The question is moot at this point, since I have gotten webmin running and
it has a handy way of setting the run levels that any given server function
runs in.  But I'd still like to know where to find run order information.
