Good GIMP Book?

I do not think there is a transparent choice in the bucket fill. It
would be nice.

It is hard to believe that Gimp was tested with casual users when it was
being developed. I wouldn't waste anytime on it gimp unless you want to
be a developer.

Are you sure the background is white after being exported from 00 ?
Maybe it just looks white.
