Justifying text with the -width option

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say.

Tcl is, of course, just a language. The sample in question was ordinary
(sorry, original author). But, Tcl can be written to do very nice things
with elegant code. As well as butt ugly. I would imagine that my code is
somewhere in between. But I recognize pretty code when I see it!
