how to filer *outbound mails* through procmail

Hi

        Our server is using *sendmail* as MTA and already spamassassin is
running with spamc/spamd.. On the basis of /spam level/ , i am seperating the
/inbound/ mails to different directories with the help of *procmailrc* file
under /etc.

        Can anybody give me some idea that how i will check the /outbound/ mail
and put them into some directory on the basis of some conidiion? I mean i want
that if /spam level/ is > 3 i will put all those mails in  a file and will not
allow the users to send all the mails directly to outside..
