I am assuming it is software. (It has an rpm extension.)  You may need to do a 
--force to get it to install.  I sure hope that after 24,999 versions it is 
finally working OK but I don't think craftsman is Open Source.  Once you get 
it installed it will probably chew up data packets quite nicely without even 
being connected to the net.  Have fun!
