I really don't know. It is the only machine I use at work, so I don't turn
it off and plug it into anything else. I actually took the cradle home to
try hooking it to my home network and will probably get around to that this
coming week (after today I'm off until 5 Jan.) when I get a lot of things
done on the home network. The home network is all Mac or Linux, so I'll try
to remember (failing memory sucks) when I try it to report the results. It
*should* work, though, since it should be treated as a USB external hard
drive.
One small note. I'm running WinXP here to meet the network requirements. I
have Outhouse set up to spell check everything before it goes out. You will
note that in the quoted stuff I use the term WinXP. When Outhouse spell
checks this it doesn't find a match. The alternative offered? "Wimp"! Now
ain't that poetical justice?
