Viewing video on espn.com

Can anyone get the video link to work on http://msn.espn.go.com/
I can click on the link and get a pop-up window where I can select a video to 
watch, but nothing happens.
Using mplayerplug-in 1.0 and current win32 codecs downloaded from mplayerhq 
tonight. I just get a white window that shows that mplayerplugin is trying to 
play something, but nothing gets displayed ('cept some text about Cache-fill: 
0.00%)
I also can't seem to get MozillaFirebird to even acknowledge the existence of 
the mplayer plugin. I have ~/.phoenix/plugins symlinked to 
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins, where mplayerplug-in.so resides.
