I just installed Slackware9.1, which is worth a look also. I've been
running Slack9 for a while, sort of off and on, and the new swaret and
slapt-get utilities allow easy upgrade to current status. It's pretty nice.

By all means, you won't be sorry. Just ask Leon Goldstein, who is a fan
also. The kernel recompile utility is worth it alone. Very simple. Have
a look at libranet.com and check the forum and knowledge base.
