Well, I joined the Caldera list in 1996 (I was also a Caldera Beta
tester in those days).  I remember Evan Leibovitch and a few others I
haven't heard from in _years_ and we had some flame wars that made WWII
look like a romp in the park.  And yes, there were newbie roastings
galore.  Ah, the good old days ...

Course, I was 'round long before that.  I remember testing Caldera's
Beta 1 and 2 Destop Linux.  They worked on RPM with RedHat.  But RH
actually came out with a distro before Caldera (who in those days
favored quality over all else, now they favor Lawyers over all else).
