Yup, still beating on this beast. I find that I can connect to database
eestock using phppgadmin. I can browse and modify the tables et al.
EEstock does connect to postgresql sever but thats about it. Eestock
uses postgres to store its passwds and of course retrieves them from the
db. After googleing etc I was lead to believe that I had to have the
extension pgsql.so. But after compiling postgres, php and mod_php and
having postgres postgresql pgsql in make.conf, pgsql doesn't exist.
Phppgadmin is suppose to require pgsql.so, yet it works as expected
(once the correct entries are made in pg_hda.conf. This would indicate
that php is playing with postgres. I'm at a loss here.

gentoo-1.4
php-4.3.3
apache-2.0.48-r1
mod_php-4.3.3

Any insight?
