Typically, but it all depends on what you're asking the firewall to do.

And the following is a post from the isp-linux list that has some merit
and coincidence to this thread. Looks like a "atta boy" for Cyclades.

Subject: Cyclade Customer Support

Wow!!

I had a mishap with my one of my Cyclom-Ye-16 port
external serial modules. All my dialup was dead.
{Major Panic}

I was combing through ebay, and any other source I
could think of, to get one on order and over
nighted.

I called Cyclades, and told them I was interested
in any refurbed units, or units that may even have
one/two missing ports, but I need it overnight,
urgently.

She put me intouch with their regional sales rep,
who put in a call to the Custumer Service Manager,
who called back within 1.5 hours.

He set me on an advanced replacemnet service,
charged me %12 of a new system, and sent it FedEx
overnight, I got it this morning and I'm back up
and going. I send the defective units back, and
they keep them after repair.

Man that was so cool.... I thought I was looking
at another $1300 out of pocket to get this thing
going agin.

What can I say.....Job very well done Cyclades.
