As I recall, WD got some bad press a few years ago, but what I've heard
recently has been good. I've got a buddy that dabbles in hardware that
used to swear by Maxtor, but said he's been having trouble with those
lately. He also is a big proponent, now, of the WD's with the 8 MB
cache. Just need to pony up the $$$. Probly won't happen 'til after
Christmas...
