kde 3.1.4 on gentoo

I see that kdebindings 3.1.4 is not marked stable. I have that
installed. The last stable one was 3.1.2. So emerge is doing:

[ebuild     UD] kde-base/kdebindings-3.1.2 [3.1.3] +mozilla +java

As usual, there is a reason for everything. I just did not look
specifically at kdebindings.
