I've ammended with <OT> because I can see this rapidly spiraling out 
into space itself, but one might remeber that
a)  Republicans are in control of both houses and
b)  a new space initiative might require some extra money.  Perhaps 
we'll all be willing to give up some of our hard-earned tax "decreases" 
to pay for a new space initiative?

And, in fact, in space the "sky" is quite "un-blue".
