The SxS site is currently seeking someone with a static IP to host either of 
the following services for the SxS site:
NNTP
IRC

We are attempting to seperate all the fundamental SxS services onto seperate 
boxes around the globe so as to eliminate any potential 
single-point-of-failures. As such, we need 2 more victims.. err.. volunteers. 
;)

Please note that there is no reimbursement plan, so don't volunteer if it's 
gonna cost you money (unless you *really* want to and understand the costs)
