Actually, I think there is some polarization going on now -- those who
are used to Windoze and proprietary software are avoiding Open Source
and getting really defensive about their choice right now (see
http://www.adequacy.org/public/stories/2001.7.2.01120.34620.html). So,
it's not likely they'll even ask questions on the list. That just leaves
us "Linux zealots".
