lilo trouble

Umm I would try and ... run the w2k setup disk and/or the rescue console 
and do a repair, and replace the mbr with a windows 2000 mbr as I think 
that your lilo.conf has changed the boot recored to something w2k can't 
cope with. This should get your w2k system bootable...

then I would use the w2k boot loader to boot the linux install .....

Or even better just install linux and then run w2k in vmware...
