While I'm sorry to hear about your neck, I think I have a much easier 
solution to your problem.  Just move to California.  No one bothers to 
check for blind spots when they are driving here, so you'll feel right 
at home.  We already accommodate for this here, so there will be no 
problem.  And the hot tubs are better, which will help the arthritis.
